‘Creating Magic in Learning’ Delight Charity impact report 2021-2022

Surrey based charity Delight have published their 2021 – 2022 impact report, detailing the positive impact and outcomes their programmes had on children and teachers.

Delight delivers high-quality arts-based learning programmes to support the creative development, learning and well-being of children. They support schools in closing the opportunity and attainment gap for children affected by disadvantage or additional needs, by working in long-term partnerships with primary schools and professional arts partners to immerse children in the world of visual arts, contemporary dance, drama, creative writing, and storytelling.

Access fund for Schools – Historic Royal Palaces

Surrey Schools are invited to apply for the Historic Royal Palaces (HRP) Access Fund for Schools 2022-23. This offers your school the opportunity to have a high quality facilitated session at an iconic historical site.

The fund covers visits from Key Stage 1 – 5 students and special school students, including the cost of general admission for up to 105 pupils as well as a facilitated session for all children at mainstream schools or a SEND session for students from special schools.

To be eligible, schools must be a state funded primary, secondary or special school. For more information download the letter attachment.
